The Menlo Park House is a full prefabricated house made out of 5 modules. As requested by the client, wanting to replace the existing house on site with the shortest time possible, this prefabricated construction method work out to it full potential. Since the new house can be under constructed/ fabricated in the factory at the same time while the old existing house under demolition, and the site being prepared for the new house.
